Due to the perishable nature of our desserts, all sales are final.

If there is a quality issue, please contact us within 24 hours with a photo so we can review the concern.

Custom or preorder items (Celebration Boxes) cannot be refunded once production has started.

Event or preorder cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to receive store credit.
